El IV Festival Internacional de Cine de Derechos Humanos de Santa Coloma de Gramanet (BCN) premió a «Otro Escenario» como el mejor documental del 2012.
Y es cierto que el proyecto de Norma Nebot no deja indiferente a nadie. La prisión es un espacio que genera muchas controversias, al que se prefiere mirar a la distancia, desde fuera, sin involucrarse. En «Otro Escenario«, la directora se inmiscuye en la intimidad del Centro Penitenciario de Quatre Camins, donde un grupo de hombres disfruta de clases de teatro, donde la realidad y la ficción se entralazan para develar momentos únicos, verdaderas lecciones de vida.
