An animated shadow theater is our new adventure based on an old story: a unique performance of Franz Kafka’s most famous story. An old dilapidated house in the center of the city lends us its walls and becomes the perfect backdrop for the projection of young GregorSamsa‘s story, adapted to a 25-minute screenplay. In this original proposal, acted as a conventional play, we’ll meet the characters through their voices and silhouettes. The idea of the main character’s transformation as a counterpoint to the urban space tries to offer a reflection on the particular transformation that also the city and its inhabitants experience as time goes by.
